Services - Facility Planning, Installation, Training & After-Sales Support

Services

At Xushida, the relationship does not end when the equipment ships. We support our customers from the earliest planning stage through years of operation — because equipment that is well-selected, well-installed, and well-maintained delivers the best return on investment.

1. Facility Planning & Design

Choosing the right equipment configuration starts long before installation. Our team works with investors, architects, and contractors to design a bowling facility that matches your space, budget, and target market.

Services include:

  • Site assessment: Review of floor plans, ceiling height, structural load capacity, electrical supply, and access
  • 3D layout design: Lane placement, seating areas, front desk, and ancillary spaces visualized before construction
  • Equipment specification: Matching pinsetter type, scoring package, and lane finish to your operating model (FEC, professional center, hotel, or mall installation)
  • Budget estimation: Transparent equipment pricing with clear lead times so you can plan financing and construction schedules
  • Vendor coordination: Technical specifications for your local contractors regarding electrical rough-in, flooring, and HVAC

Whether you are building a 2-lane boutique installation or a multi-attraction entertainment center, we help you avoid the costly mistakes that come from inexperience.

2. Manufacturing & Quality Control

Every Xushida system is manufactured to the specifications agreed during planning:

  • Production updates and milestone photos during manufacturing
  • Factory testing of every pinsetter, scoring system, and ball return before packaging
  • Pre-shipment inspection report available on request
  • Careful export packaging designed to withstand international sea and land transport

3. Logistics & Shipping

We handle export documentation and work with your nominated freight forwarder or can recommend experienced partners:

  • Export packing and container loading
  • Commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading
  • Certificate of origin and other import documentation as required
  • Shipping terms: FOB, CIF, or DAP based on your preference

4. Installation Support

We offer flexible installation support to match your team’s experience and budget:

  • Remote-guided installation: Detailed manuals, video calls, and step-by-step remote support for customers with local contractors or technical staff
  • On-site technician: For larger or more complex projects, we can dispatch an experienced technician to supervise installation, commissioning, and staff training (travel and accommodation charged at cost)
  • Pre-fitted components: Our lane systems are factory-fitted where possible, reducing on-site variables and installation time

5. Technical Training

Properly trained staff protect your equipment investment and deliver a better customer experience:

  • Equipment operation and daily opening/closing procedures
  • Routine maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Basic troubleshooting — recognizing and resolving common issues
  • Scoring system administration: league setup, pricing, reporting
  • Spare parts identification and ordering

Training can be delivered on-site during commissioning, remotely via video call, or through documented standard operating procedures tailored to your installation.

6. After-Sales & Spare Parts

We stand behind our equipment for the long term:

  • Warranty: Standard manufacturer’s warranty with clear terms; extended warranty packages available
  • Responsive support: Technical inquiries answered within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, or phone
  • Spare parts supply: Comprehensive parts inventory with international shipping; recommended spare parts kits supplied with new installations
  • Remote diagnostics: Networked scoring systems and controllers can be diagnosed remotely, reducing on-site service calls
  • Equipment upgrades: As technology evolves, we offer upgrade paths for scoring software and selected mechanical components

7. Customization & OEM

We work with distributors, brands, and venue operators on custom projects:

  • Branded lane graphics, balls, pins, and shoe color schemes
  • Custom scoring interface themes and features
  • OEM manufacturing under your brand name
  • Modified dimensions or specifications for unique venues
